At Good Life OnDemand, we stand behind the quality of our Red Light Therapy devices. All eligible products are covered under a 3-Year Limited Warranty, which is the exclusive post-purchase remedy provided to customers.

By purchasing from www.goodlifeondemand.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this Warranty Policy.

Warranty Coverage:

This warranty applies to all Red Light Therapy devices including:

  • Panels
  • Masks
  • Belts
  • Mats
  • Beds
  • And related accessories (where applicable)

Repair and Warranty:

When you purchase a Stethoscope, you are investing in a quality instrument that should last for many years. Beyond excellent product warranties,  We offers industry-leading service and refurbishment options:

• Free repair and service for Littmann stethoscopes while under warranty.

• Fee-based refurbishment and cleaning services are also available for Littmann stethoscopes no longer under warranty.

Coverage Includes:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Malfunction of internal electrical components under normal use
  • Functional failure not caused by external damage

Warranty Period:

  • The warranty is valid for 3 years from the date of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is mandatory for all claims

Failure to provide valid proof will result in rejection of the warranty claim.

Important Warranty Items

  • This warranty is repair/replacement only
  • No refunds will be provided under any warranty claim
  • Replacement units may be new or refurbished based on availability
  • Warranty coverage is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable

Warranty Claim Process

  • To initiate a warranty claim, you must:

      • Order number
      • Clear description of the issue
      • Video/photo evidence of the defect
    2. Follow troubleshooting steps provided by our team
    3. Ship the product only after receiving written approval

    • Unauthorized returns will be rejected
    • Customer is responsible for shipping costs unless stated otherwise

What's Not Included (Exclusion)

  • This warranty does NOT cover:

    • Normal wear and tear
    • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration)
    • Damage caused by:
      • Misuse or improper handling
      • Overuse beyond recommended guidelines
      • Exposure to water, moisture, or extreme conditions
      • Power surges or incorrect voltage usage
    • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering
    • Damage during shipping caused by customer mishandling
    • Lost or missing parts, accessories, or packaging

Voiding of Warranty

  • The warranty will be immediately void if:

    • The product has been opened, altered, or repaired by unauthorized personnel
    • Serial numbers or identification labels are removed or damaged
    • The product is used for commercial or non-intended purposes
    • Usage instructions are not followed
