At Good Life On Demand, we are committed to delivering high-quality Red Light Therapy products backed by a 3-Year Limited Warranty. Due to the nature of our products and strict quality control procedures, all sales are considered final unless specific conditions outlined below are met.
1. NO CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Misunderstanding of product usage
- Incorrect selection by the customer
- Perceived lack of results
Customers are strongly advised to review product specifications, usage guidelines, and compatibility before placing an order.
2. STRICT ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS (LIMITED CASES ONLY)
A return request will ONLY be considered if:
- The product is received damaged or defective, AND
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, AND
- Clear video proof of unboxing and defect is provided
Failure to provide complete evidence within the stated timeframe will result in automatic rejection of the claim.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE CONDITIONS
